I'm new to fatsecret, my best friend and I are on this journey to have a healthy life style and to reshape our bodies for the better. We want to feel better and look great. We want what most heavy weight people want and that just to be happy in our skin. today was a struggle today to get up this morning after not sleeping the whole night but, I had planned to work out this morning with my bestfriend. And after being in the house all week I needed it. So needless to say I got up and and got ready for the day. It was slow getting started but, once I finally got going I was feeling good. We walked around the track getting ready for zumba which we have done before but, the lady who taught zumba today was a whole different style and pace... and boy she kicked our butts big time. That whole hour we both thought we was gonna die!! lol. We pushed through it though and made it to the end. Then we made it to the treadmill where we walked for 32 minutes and while we were walking we walked for 3 minutes and ran for 1 minutex3. I'm going to tell you that was my first time doing that and it was hard but, I'm just going to hang in there. So once we got done we did our free weights where we lifted barbells and bench presses for 45 minutes. After that we called it quits for the day. And now that its the end of the day I'm READY FOR BED!!! lol. What a Day!!!

Schrell you are doing great. I see the work that you are putting in and I just want you to stay encouraged with me cause we can do this!!! WE are in this together. You know we are Lucy and Ethel and Lucy never did anything without pulling Ethel in it lol!!! Well Its another week but One day at a time with Jesus!!! WE will get this weight off !!! I'm claiming it for us both, not only to feel better but to look awesome,and know that we are living a healthier life. Love Ya chicka your Bestie and Cousin!!! NEsha :)
