ok another two days update yesterday was Tuesday and I had to get ready for the snow today so I spent my morning running around making sure I had enough to keep me busy for the day. Then I when all the kids left I headed straight for the gym but first I made a slight detour to walmart my second home lol. And get to the bank and I got the biggest surprise of my life when I ran into an old flame from high school. Ok well maybe he's not just some old flame!! He was the actual love of my life! And here I am wearing my gym clothes looking raggedy as the all outdoors!! HOW EMBARRASSING!! my face totally dropped when I discovered who he was. But it was really good to see him and yes he still looks good!! Lol. So we talked for a minute then why did this nut give me his phone number and tell me to call him. So you know I was all smiles after that even tho I was mad at how I looked I guess it wasn't too bad. Anyway so I hit the gym just in time to do some zumba and walk the track a lil bit. And today was a real lazy day I didn't even get up until 11:00am which is extremely late for me I'm usually up wit the birds!! Lol. But I didn't have any kids today so I was trying to enjoy myself. I got up cooked myself breakfast three eggs and two pieces of toast and then I watched two movies and did some laundry, cleaned and for lunch and dinner I had some home made beef stew and a protein bar and some 100 calorie lorna doone cookies and then did an hour workout with 30minutes of dancing and 30minutes of power sculpting. And now its the end and the kids will be back tomorrow but they will be out of school!! Oh joy (in my sarcastic voice) lol. Anyway God is Good!! Goodnite!

ok since i didn't get to write yesterday I'm giving you a whole two days scoop so get ready!! Lol. Yesterday was Sunday so church is already at the top of my day ( more like everyday!!) cuz I cant do anything witout Jesus first. So I did really good I had a yogurt for breakfast and of course you know yogurt don't really hold you over that long so of course by the end I was running outta there to get something to eat. And since it was super bowl Sunday so you already know anybody who watching the game is having a party lol. So needless to say I ended up at one of my two top hottest spots in the okc which is my house or my besties house!! Lol. And we chilled and watched the game and we ate the party food but we only small portions so I was really proud of us for show some self control cuz had that been us a couple of months ago boy it would have been on like donkey Kong!! Lmbo. But, none the less we did it and felt so proud!! God Is Good!! Now on for today I was extra tired this morning so it was a rough start for me cuz it was back to biz as usual so I fed the kids breakfast and we did some running around then picked up the other kids from school came home ate lunch and took the other half of the kids to school and then it was naptime (my fav) after nap schools out and we play games until everyone gets picked up. Then its time to hit the gym and it kicks my butt in the beginning everytime and I even did zumba before I even went so it wouldnt be so hard in the beginning but, I hustled and now i feel pretty good. Now for the next best part of my day THE END!! Lol. God Bless!!

I'm new to fatsecret, my best friend and I are on this journey to have a healthy life style and to reshape our bodies for the better. We want to feel better and look great. We want what most heavy weight people want and that just to be happy in our skin. today was a struggle today to get up this morning after not sleeping the whole night but, I had planned to work out this morning with my bestfriend. And after being in the house all week I needed it. So needless to say I got up and and got ready for the day. It was slow getting started but, once I finally got going I was feeling good. We walked around the track getting ready for zumba which we have done before but, the lady who taught zumba today was a whole different style and pace... and boy she kicked our butts big time. That whole hour we both thought we was gonna die!! lol. We pushed through it though and made it to the end. Then we made it to the treadmill where we walked for 32 minutes and while we were walking we walked for 3 minutes and ran for 1 minutex3. I'm going to tell you that was my first time doing that and it was hard but, I'm just going to hang in there. So once we got done we did our free weights where we lifted barbells and bench presses for 45 minutes. After that we called it quits for the day. And now that its the end of the day I'm READY FOR BED!!! lol. What a Day!!!
