Had a lot going on today and got stressed out. I ate something I shouldn't have. Wished I hadn't done it, but I did. I need to get my self together. I'll do better...I have to.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
