I'm still losing weight, cheat day is tomorrow. I am not sleeping well though and after looking at FB this morning it seems others are having the same issue.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 January 2014:
1582 kcal Fat: 51.45g | Prot: 74.58g | Carb: 193.44g.   Breakfast: Chobani Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Granola, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: La Croix Lime Flavored Sparkling Water, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Baked Snack Crackers - Parmesan, Natural Cheddar Cheese, Subway 6" Turkey Breast & Black Forest Ham. Dinner: Hormel Original Pepperoni Slices, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Essential Everyday Pizza Sauce, Market Pantry 8" Flour Tortillas. Snacks/Other: Regular Beer, Original Gourmet Lollipop. more...
