Yesterday I ate under goal, far exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 765kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% and is back in range // Sleep goal missed

Thanks Jimmiepop, Bill and Andrew!!! I read in several articles that many, if not most Americans are not getting enough sleep. I believe it. I only hit my sleep goal a couple of times a week. I would like to improve on that...

Lol I hit mine 3 days a week. But I set the bar low at 6 hours. 😁😁
