Ive started out on the right foot but the weekends is where it gets me! Take this weekend for example, my fiance and I are supose to go out for dinner tonight for our anniversary, and spend some time just him and I after our bad week. Well I got a phone call from my mother today that we are all supose to go out on Saturday night for her birthday. I can't eat out twice in one weekend. How do I not let my fiance down by saying lets stay in and cook together when he's been looking forward to going out to eat all week just the two of us! He thinks I'm beautiful the way I am and doesn't think I need to change, but I do and I want to look great in my wedding gown in 7 months. Any good ideas to help me not order just whatever on the menu and keep to it being healthy? My other issue with the weekends is I try get way to much done that I don't make time to excerise... UGH... I have to change my ways and make time for ME!!!! And work towards something for ME!!! I answer to everyone else during the week and put myself last.... I have to change!!!! Any ideas to help please let me know!!!!!

Id still go out, if I were you! Its all about eating sensibly. If I know Im going out twice...I order a good dinner at one place and then salad at the next occasion. Just try and balance it out! Watch the portions you eat, etc.... Or, maybe have salads at home for your other two meals before you go out! :) I have to attend a few kids birthday parties with my daughter for the next upcoming two weekends...lots of pizza and cake! But, im ready to say no on the cake and maybe even pack my own salad to take with me....you can always do that and just let all know that your on a diet. people will probably look at me strange when i pull out a salad...but who cares...im on a diet and improving myself! if they got an issue with it..whatever!!!!! I say go out twice...just order a salad! no onw will say anything! and put your own dressing in your purse! enjoy yourself! you can go out and still diet!
