Happy Friday everybody!

Down one pound this week. From 193.8 to 192.8 pounds. I'm trying not to complain because attitude is everything, but, I thought the weight would be coming off faster after not eating the Atkins bars. I was losing weight with them for so long and they helped with the fiber I needed. I am eating more veggies and hoped that that would help keep me regular. I need something that doesn't add net carbs to my WOE. Looked over my diet calendar to do some investigating and I couln't find the culprit to why I'm not losing faster. Of course, exercise is not easy at this point in my recovery; however, I am doing some exercise that my physical therapist has me doing and going to physical therapy. Haven't been keeping track on it on my journal becaue I don't see an exercise that is the same. I miss my walks in the park. I'm sure that most of us with cold weather are counting the days until spring.


Thankful for:

-my health
-my buddies here on Fatsecret
-my family
-it's the weekend (going home on the train to see my husband)

happy friday to you too! i feel your frustration - i'm wondering why my WL has slowed so much, but i don't think we'll ever be able to come up with the exact reason, so just keep chugging along and it's bound to happen. have a great weekend, stay safe, stay warm - HUGS!

Cindy, contracts on the pound! It's still a step in the right direction even if it is slow going! You also could be gaining muscle from your therapist sessions! And your body will hold all it can until your healed! I was told that last night! So a pound is great!

Cindy a pound is great! Congrats on the loss! The chia seeds that I take are all natural and pure fiber. 5 gram carbs and 5 gram fiber so it equals 0 net carbs, and you will be regular! It really is amazing!
