Im loosing way too quickly. Depression has gotten the better of me the last few days and I've barely eaten. I thought it would be okay since I'm not even leaving the bed but I have to do better. New day, new mindset (hopefully.)
209.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whatever it takes—- get out of bed, shower and dress. Is there someone in your world who could use a little help? Helping others with their issues often can provide a release valve for people who feel their own world is out of control.

I'm so sorry you're brain is being a turd. I've been in much the same place. This year has been hell but we can make it. 💗❤️💗❤️ it's great you reached out. Try to shower like they said above and get a lil sun on your face. 🌞🌞🌞 This, like all things, will change.
