I was worried about Easter weekend and overdoing the food. Since I was making most of it though I focused on healthy foods. Lots of fruits and veggies. Not a lot of desserts and tempting fating, high calorie desserts. I think I did pretty well. I even made sure my daughter in-law and my mom took home some left overs so there was not so much for just the two of us.
