first time in years ive seen anything under 150. getting there little by little
149.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone! Being able to come on here and see so many others working toward similar goals has really inspired me to stay on track this time around. I'm sure there will be more setbacks but I know I'll get there eventually 😤🔥
