Hello all and Happy Saturday!

Well, I thought I was down a tad but when I logged in, I realized I stayed the same. Lol! But, that’s ok!

181.9 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

724 kcal Fat: 24.11g | Prot: 53.21g | Carb: 49.18g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt), Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz). Lunch: Polly-O Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks, BC Hothouse Orange Bell Pepper, Trader Joe's English Cucumber, Hannah Classic Hommus, Kirkland Signature Organic Hard-Boiled Eggs, Celery. Dinner: Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray, Bertolli Olive Oil, Fresh Selections Portobello Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade). Snacks/Other: Pinot Noir Wine . more...

Hopefully you had a great day as well! Sometimes we just have to be proud that we didn't gain any as well. Our biggest challenge isn't so much losing it. As much is it is keeping it off long term.
