Well, the reset is real now. Counting every calorie that touches my lips and the ones that just get augered straight in. Still deciding on exercise. I have a recumbent tadpole trike I like to ride in nice weather, so a recumbent exercise bike may be in my future. I am looking to do some HIIT style exercises along with other body weight driven exercises (push ups and what not). Running is not an option for me, ever, my knees are not in the best shape and I don't want to make them worse.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
