I'm so aggravated. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I drank well over my amount of water, I didn't cheat, yea I went a little over my 500 cal but that hasn't made to not lose before. I am starting to regret getting on the scale in the morning. This is mind boggling to me.
219.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am with ya! I am not weighing tomorrow because I feel so bloated and full today and I didn't eat that much at all what is up with that? I mean I feel 8 mo preg and look it too just in the belly!

Hey Tania, How did your day go today. I feel you, I haven't lost since the 31st. I'm getting really upset also. I'm just hopping that when I step on the scale in the morning it would have went down. Well let me know how yours goes.

Hey newmekel. Hope your doing okay. I didn't lose much this morning and had an apple day yesterday. I went to see my doc today tho and he had good news. We all go thru this and he says to stop stressing over what the scale is going to read, just do what your suppose to do per the protocol it will come, or go, however ya want to look at it lol. He said, (from what I understood from his big words), when you stress, your body puts off a hormone that will store fat cells, therefore you will store instead of lose it. He did give me an all natural supplement to take but not sure how convenient it is to find. I'm hoping that it will make a difference. Oh, and he said that he thinks this has been happening to me due to I am losing but have lost no inches in my mid section, only my legs, arms, hips, etc. Something has to give because I don't want to look like Mrs. Potato Head. lol Keep in touch, I'm eager to hear from you again.
