starting today i remeasured myself and took my starting weight. im ready to lose the last 60 lbs...

measurements
right arm 14.75
left arm 14.5
bust 39
waist 48
hips 44.5
right thigh 24.75
left thigh 24.25
pants size 11 (just above hips)
shirt size xlg


so this is as of 730 this morning.... i am hoping to lose the rest of the weight by june 1st but id like to lose atleast half by my birthday (march 30th)
195.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 January 2014:
1744 kcal Fat: 38.75g | Prot: 57.69g | Carb: 224.73g.   Breakfast: Great Value Clover Honey, Arnold Whole Grain Oatnut Bread, Corn Chex, 1% Fat Milk, Goldhen Grade A Large Eggs. Lunch: gertrude hawk dark chocolate peanut butter smidgens, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), price chopper macaroni and cheese. Dinner: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Hamburger Helper Ultimate Three Cheese Marinara. Snacks/Other: Pepsi. more...

Good luck with your goals Brianna Marie. I too want to lose 30 lbs by the end of March. In my case, I have a big wedding to attend and I don't want to be the "Dowdy Great-Grandma" in the ugly dress! I'll cheer you on, please do the same for me.

I deffinately will! The weight loss isn't coming much even tho I'm testing healthier and working out. It also doesn't help that I've had to take 2 weeks off of the gym because I've been feeling crummy. However I can feel that I'm beginning to gain muscle which is heavier than fat. I hope all goes well for you too!
