I'm Brianna. I am 21 years old with a 10 month old son, Luka. I am engaged to my fiancé who i have been with since i was 17. I am a music major in college with the intent to finish my general music degree and go on to music education and performance. I have come to FS because I'm looking for support in my weight loss and was referred to this site by a friend. So far I have lost almost 30 lbs. with another 40-60 to go. I'd like to be down to about 140. So far I don't feel that I've done anything really different, but apparently I have if I've lost that much in the last 6 months. Ultimately, I want to be able to feel better about myself and be able to get into cute clothes that I can never find in my size, and also I want to be able to fit into my dream wedding dress when I get married in the next couple of years.

hey im in the same boat as you, im a mother (but of only 1) and im a student and work part time. i too am trying to lose another 60, but my total weight loss will be about 100 lbs.

My First Day
hey i know how it is having a baby and being at the 210 mark. after i had my son i regained all the pregnancy weight back so i started back from 230. granted my son is only 10 months, but ive been losing weight since january and now i feel great. the whole bet i had with my dr about losing another 10 lbs in 2 months is just keeping me going. Im determined to lose more then 10 lbs by the time i go back to the dr in september.i mean ive only lost about 30 lbs. but it still makes a difference. since my friend introduced me to this site (within the last week) i love it. and im glad that im not the only one out there thats trying to lose weight after having a baby. I found the best thing for me to lose the weight is just to curb eating and if you dont already, try the small 5 or 6 meals a day instead of just the big 3. That and my dr. told me to walk atleast 3 times a week for a minimum of a half hour. so far, it seems to be doing the trick! hope this is helpful!
