Yep knew that was coming, slipping back into some old bad habits. Dedicating time this weekend to meal planning and exercise. I hold my team accountable at work all the time...my turn to hold myself accountable to taking care of myself.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
