Happy Wednesday all!

Still heading in the right direction. Not an overnight fix for my mashed potatoes and Watergate salad indiscretions but that’s ok. Plan to get some water exercises today. I need to start walking again and I’m thinking about it but haven’t gotten there mentally.

182.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
