Fell off the wagon March 20th through April 4th. Binge eating, poor sleep, stress. Buying a home plus prepping a presentation for hundreds was too much pressure together.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s OK, I do that sometimes too… just keep going! You’ll definitely get back on track after the house and the presentation and everything settles.. We got this! 😉
