OK so I fell off the wagon...Bad? Yes....but it doesn't mean I can't get back on. Just like riding a horse....You get bucked off and yes it can hurt but ya get right back in the saddle and do it again. I CAN DO THIS!!!!
276.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
