I am happy about losing weight but feeling like it must be water weight...anyway, I need to just accept and enjoy. Buying food was expensive for sure! I cannot keep eating steak every day. I did find out which lunch meats didn't have filler in them so I wouldn't get any carbs--that was very good! The ladies at the supermarket deli counter were a riot! They said they wouldn't feed their dogs most of the meat behind the counter! They said Boar's Head was really good and we looked at the labeling and no fillers and no carbs! Anyway, my sister's wedding is tomorrow and I am really nervous I will want to have a couple of glasses of wine. I am really going to try and hang tough! It's a cash bar so it should make it a little easier! lol Ah well, like my mother and Scarlet said, "Tomarra is anotha dayee!!":)
