Still losing am officially down 16 pounds in 15 days and not looking back was over a few calories yseterday but with the weather breaking more outdoor activity is helping with the loss
309.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
