Okay now I am pressing for under 160! Wonder how many days it will take to achieve this with out going up first! No more ups for now just down until I go below the 160! That means no cheating and I guess I will be adding more veggies and fat. Still feeling a little dizzy!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to drink more water for the dizziness and protein. Your moving on girl, don't give up. You will thank yourself later. No more cheating for either of us. Just imagine how that scale will look when it reads 5 or 10 more lbs less. Have a great day!

Right! We are a bunch of losers LOLOL and we will continue to be losers! We'll show the rest of the family. How good we look in that bikini.. They'll wish they joined us! Long road ahead but it is easy with your help and encouragement! Glad its me and you! Love ya

I cheated! But only because I wanted to not because I fell victim to it! I have been so dizzy and light headed I went ahead and ordered from chinese broccoli and shrimp a little rice and one egg roll.. So now to start a new week clean and free and eating a whole lot better. So the dizziness will go away!
