Thank you for the support when going up. This week added TV guided cardio and strength exercises. Not happy with the tick up in weight but am really happy to move a notch down on my belt and comfortably. Still motivated. Thanks again for the support.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
