Finally the scale is moving. I have been doing Walk Away the Pounds workouts 5 days a week 1-2 times a day. Watching what I eat and doing challenges/competitions through is also helping.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
