Slow and steady wins the race. Of course we all want the weight to come off right now; but those of us that have had success in that way have found that it makes its way back on in spades. It’s the lifestyle change for sure. Make changes in your eating habits that you can live with for life, and commit to it for life, or your “maintenance” mode will land you in worse shape than where you started. believe me, I know. If your eating plan is too restrictive, and causes you to give up all the things you enjoy, well, you already know what will happen. There is always some discomfort in change; make incremental improvements in your habits that you can live with; I think that’s the key to success.

Totally agree! I've lost 63 pounds to date, but it's taken me between 5 and 6 years. And honestly, I've only truly committed to a healthier lifestyle and changing my eating habits in the last 3 months.

I’m impatient, since I have so much to lose. Currently, the 🚂 has stalled on the tracks, so I’m experimenting with WoE to get the engine moving again 😂 Normally I use CICO method, it’s doable 😊

when any of us are a lil discouraged about the slowness of the scale, watch a couple of you tube videos of people who have lost 100's of pounds. very inspiring 👏

I began measuring today. Maybe I'm tightening up. Hopefully, I'm losing inches.
