I'm not doing this week, as well as I did last week so I guess I'd better double down the last couple days and try a little harder. I need to FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're welcome, morganstuart, coachellagirl, & HCB, I took a picture with my phone camera hanging on the wall at my "fat doctors" office. When I came home, I looked it up online and found it, so I downloaded it and made a little fridge magnet. I call her my "fat doctor" she works with another doctor, they have a weight clinic they run - similar to the old Weight Watchers' but they do the one-on-one consultations and coaching, set you up with diets based on your plan to lose or gain weight then charge you your first or last born, plus home when you die - lol.

Boy, you’re lucky, my doctor won’t except kids for payment. If you’re going to a fat doctor you must be the skinniest person there, you’re right at goal! Have a Happy Sunday!👍

All true, although I'll add that for me, cardio is an essential part of my life. I feel fitter with it, enjoy it and I don't feel like I have to cut as many calories when I'm in fat loss, which I prefer.

See, this is what I am trying to figure out. Thinking back to the last time I lost a decent amount of weight, but it took forever. I enjoyed the cardio and it was certainly good for my health but I think I was relying on it too much. Now in order to lose that weight again (plus some) in less time, I need to focus more on the bottom of that pyramid. Also, last time I logged what I ate but I don’t think I planned for CICO as much as I am now, and maybe my “calorie budget” was too high. Thanks so much for sharing this. Just what I needed to see today.
