Binged today. Wanted some reaction from my metabolism. I'm not guilty. I ate way more than I felt like. WAY MORE. But I'm happy I did because I'm pretty sure by now my body knows I'm out of starvation mode. I'm panning to keep this up till tomorrow. But tomorrow I'll consume decent calories- but still, at least 1500. At least.
137.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
