Weight the same this morning, probably because there was no movement in the bathroom yesterday. About three days ago, I decreased from 1,600 Calories a day to 1,400. Total loss for last week was 1.7 pounds. At least it's moving DOWN again, and I am thankful for that.

God designed my body when I was still in my mother's womb. He wrote the Owner's Manual and the User's Guide. He performs the diagnostics when something isn't functioning properly, and His "Body Shop" is always open for repairs or tune-ups. I'll continue to put water in my radiator and premium fuel in my gas tank, and trust Him to get this old engine running at peak performance.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
