Yahoo! I feel so much better today. Last two days or maybe, three I felt like dying. Detoxing is real. As much as I was in the bathroom. I thought I would lose at least 15# but I will take the loss I got.
Last night I thought I could eat an arm. Therefore, I got up and ate some strawberries. That really helped. But whoop .. I was hungry. My energy is still relatively low but my mind is a little clearer and I am not starving. Next time I want to cheat, Lord help me remember detoxing.
