It's been a really hard past few days after the break-up. I really haven't done anything but sit around and cry, but I know that has to change. Yesterday, I physically just didn't feel like I could eat, but my mom made me at least eat a sandwich and some Oreo's. I know this should give me every reason to work my butt off exercising and eating right, but part of me just wants to give up on life for a while. I know it's always so silly to say those things over a boyfriend but we were together for 3 years and he was my very best friend, and I miss him more than words can say. I've got to find some motivation from within to keep going.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry you lost your best friend. It will get better. Take baby steps to improving your outlook on your future. You can do it and you will be so much better for it. I believe things happen for a reason and when a door closes a window opens. Use that window to enrich your life.
