Howdy, to my new start I had alot going on for a few years, to make a short storie that i was on this site before then everything turn upside down for me in my life. I had lost 160 pounds before and now i have gain it back and more with the depressing and stress and life.. So i am wanting to try to pick myself up before spring and get started back on track and see if i can lose some weight this year.
350.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 March 2021:
1373 kcal Fat: 63.01g | Prot: 33.58g | Carb: 169.29g.   Breakfast: Bays Sourdough English Muffin, Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer. Lunch: Cornbread (Home Recipe), Fresh & Easy Macaroni Salad. Dinner: Fried Shrimp, Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried). Snacks/Other: Potato Chips. more...

you can do it. Take your stress and depression out on the machines and weights at the gym. That's what I do

Develop a deliberate plan of action that is doable for you. Tweak it as you go along. If something is not working for you, change that thing, don’t quit. Wishing you much success.

Everyday is a new day for a fresh start! I tell myself, "I didn't gain this overnight so I can't lose it overnight." It helps me maintain perspective. *hugs*💪🏽 You did it before; you can do it again!!
