Scale was up 1/2 pound today. I need to stay off it for a week, so next Wednesday I will get on again...Eating 90% clean and the 10% is more like 5%
143.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
