This week has not been easy. I could not go for a walk as my work is starting to get demanding. I thought about walking today but the snow coming is a deterrent for me. at least I lost some lbs. i need to find something so i can move other than walking. i realized that if i keep my carbs and calories in check i can eat a bit more food. but then again i am master over my body and not it over me.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

since I started working from home full time, and the weather has been crap and crazy, I have taken to walking around my house. sounds strange but it works to get steps in.
