Up a pound,
Down a pound,
Round and round we go,
If I don't stop this soon,
I'll end up like Alice the goon!

I was looking at another site. I have been using the RDI on this site, but the other site suggested a lower calorie intake. That might be part of my problem. I know one part is I don't sleep so let me see how I do by increasing the exercise and cutting down on my fat intake. Next week we will see how it works. I'll start the new routine today. - um, make that Sunday - so it goes with the calendar.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You’re so funny! The calorie count for me on this site is 1700 and I think to lose weight it should be less. Makes me happy because I never usually get to 1700 yet then I’m losing very slowly. Have a happy Friday skydiverJim!

Yep, CindyLynn, I should have realized it sooner, this site is liberal allowing more calories than needed to lose weight. I should be eating less and be a lot more active if I want to lose the weight a little faster. Shrewdness, I think I am going to drop mine down to 1700 also. I am sure if I can stick with that, it would help me. The big “if” is, if I can hold myself below 1700 calories a day. I am going to shoot for it 5 days a week to begin with, if I can do that, then I will expand it to a full week. I read you should use the sedentary if you don't exercise or low active if you have a desk job and exercise 5-6 days a week. Anything higher is for those that do physical labor and exercise 5-6 days or are an athlete. Not sure if you already set it lower and its still too much for you. But thought maybe this would help shed some light!
