well....i was going to keep trying the atkins and actually stick to it because i did have a three lb loss at the beginning of my first week, but my husband wants to quit this diet... soo for convenience and financial reasons....im going back to weight watchers...its meal plan is friendlier for both of us and even the kids, and i will only have to spend money for one "diet"...im gonna stay on here and im adding in walking this week which will definately give me that boost :)....have a great week everybody!
