Today I skipped breakfast. Just had coffee. Ab workouts today. I hate ab workouts! But that is not my major problem area so I don't do those much. My main areas are my legs, hips and butt.Even though I could still work on my upper body and try to shape it up, I just have to work on my lower areas more than the upper part of my body.
315.5 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 155.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
