morganstuart's Journal, 25 February 2021

I did good on everything diet wise today. I did my ab workouts and I also done some leg workouts too. I sat down and strummed a few guitar strings on my guitar I like to call Miss. Prissy. I am still learning her but it's a slow process. However If love my guitar and its helped me keep focus on it versus food and it helped me calm down about the Corona virus thing going around. Music right now has been keeping me up beat about things and what I love about living well. Practicing music in general has helped me a lot.

That’s so good to hear. I’m glad everything went well on your diet today I love music too… I actually danced around my house today for a long time listening to music and it just felt really good!

@Augusta888 That's always good. Dancing is great exercise too. I love to dance! Music in general always makes you feel good.
