I wish I would have lost more than 4 lbs.. Going to have to redo my plan & see what happens next week.. Think I am eating too much for evening meal..
221.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Holy cow, you lost 4 pounds in a week??? I'm lucky to lose that in a month. Wow, that is amazing. You don't want to lose too much each week because some of that will be muscle. You don't want to lose muscle because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest and the easier weight loss becomes. If you lose muscle, you slow down the metabolism. Be proud! That's a huge amount for a week. Great job!
