Down to 215.8 after a low cal day and a 365 calorie workout. Did a protein shake for dinner. Hoping for a tad more in the morning, then a low cal day, followed by a fun party with some eating and drinking on Saturday night.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 109.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
