this week was a lot easier than other weeks . I want to live a fasted life. this way i control my body and not it me. i do not feel hungry anymore which is good and permit myself some treats. this week I crave for donuts I would like to drive to Almonte there is a company there that makes donuts that are 60% less fat then Tim Horton and as delicious. Also,I have been craving radishes out of all things. so this will be on the menu today!! now to find regular exercise that I can do in my home. especially for the lower abdomen. in all I thank God for his goodness to help me in this endeavor and keep me strong. of my own I would have remain at the beginning of this journey!!
