Wow not a very good day of eating yesterday yet today I woke up and I was the lightest of 2011. I'm very excited to work out today to see where my next plateau is... 250's here I come.
262.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
