At least there’s no gain.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you all. I have not been able to get back to my pre-Christmas weight. I think I’m not as driven to lose as I was and I’m slacking off nutritionally. I’m still exercising lots and have non-scale victories to keep me content for the moment....but I do still want to drop a few more.
