Keddie's Journal, 19 January 2011

Today woke up .8 higher despite a good day. Standard next plateau for weight loss. I went to the gym before work today and I kicked the bikes ass. 32.20 for the Wicked Workout course and smacked down the pacer by almost 3 min. I'm hoping to be sub 30 by the end of Feb. I once again got physically sick today when working out. I believe this is due to a lack of protein.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
