Weighed in today at gym. 4 weeks into new lifestyle. Hope to lose an additional 2 lbs by January 31 when I see doctor. PLAN TO INCREASE PROTEIN AND EXERCISE 30 MINUTES EVERYDAY.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1216 kcal Fat: 38.46g | Prot: 79.34g | Carb: 134.27g.   Breakfast: truvia, egg, thomas hearty grains muffins, Light Soft Spread, coffee folgers, coffee mate fat free, turkey bacon. Lunch: Cheetos Flamin Hot Crunchy, sweet pickle relish, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie or Diet, Low Sodium), chicken breast. Dinner: whole kernal corn frozen, great northern beans, broccoli frozen. Snacks/Other: silk soy milk, pure protein high protein bar. more...
