Weighed in today at gym. 4 weeks into new lifestyle. Hope to lose an additional 2 lbs by January 31 when I see doctor. PLAN TO INCREASE PROTEIN AND EXERCISE 30 MINUTES EVERYDAY.

HERE I AM AGAIN...STARTING A NEW JOURNEY. LOW GLYCEMIC. JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED WHEN I HAD SURGERY! 1200 CALORIES COMPLEX CARBORHYDRATES....I CAN DO IT NOW. THE MORE PROTEIN THE BETTER
MUST REMEMBER THAT SIMPLE CARBS MAKE ME HUNGRY...AND DON'T SATISFY HUNGER, CAUSE CRAVING AND MAKE ME FATTTTTT!!!!!
I'LL SEE THE ENDOCRINOLOGIST JANUARY 31, 2011. HOPE HE WILL BE PLEASED THAT MY GLUCLOSE LEVELS HAVE STOPPED SPIKING.

I am trying to get back where I need to be. I have stayed within calorie range for 2 days. My treadmill has been broken for three months. Got it fixed Tuesday, it has taken 3 days to finally get on it. I walked and ran 1.80 miles yesterday. I just don't have the energy to run the 2 miles that I know I can run or walk 4-5 miles. But, I will not give up!!!!!!! Gotta keep on pushing....
Plans are to consume 80-100 grams protein daily and walk/run 30 minutes everyday for 3 months. Target date for 15-20 lbs weight loss is March 15, 2011.
