I gotta tighten up or accept that 180/185 is my range though I want it to be be 170-175. At this point I’ll take 175-180 😁
While on medical leave I dropped down to a low of 172 eating around 1300 cals per day but remember I was stuck in my house. I can’t and won’t do that now when I’m back super active and lifting weights. I’ll figure this out or not much to figure out. I know what to do but I willing to? 🤷‍♀️
🇲🇽 bound in a month so I need to suffer a week or two in reasonable deficit... 🤣

I thought u were going to quit being a donkey about those last 10? 😝😝 I do the same. but for real your last pic set u looked fierce. strong and nowhere near 180.

Hahhh. I’m headed to 🇲🇽 with my travel buddy. He has apparently gained the covid 10 (I don’t see it) and said we both need to “drop the dime”. I dropped mine into my 🍑🤣🤣🤣
