Today I am feeling pretty good... It actually hasn't been hard to follow the new vegan lifestyle. I think its because I get alot of the nutrients I need.. and less cravings. I feels very satisfied after eating and don't find myself craving not so healthy foods. Its amazing.But at the same time I hope I don't make it sound too easy because this hasn't been an easy journey. I have tried to do Atkins for many years only to gain the weight back and I feel like I finally found what will work for me. I am making myself put the scale away for two weeks. Hopefully I will break 190.. and I haven't done that in about two years!!!!!! I am hitting the gym alot in the next two weeks and I feel like I can meet my goal!
