Today was my first day at the gym! I got up at six and did the bike for 25 minutes!!! I feel GREAT!!!!!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
