My weight has gone up and down for as long as I can remember. I was a chubby kid then "grew into" my weight for junior high and high school. Once I was in college is really when the roller coaster hit. I have gone from being too big at 230 to super skinny at 150 then ballooned up to 270 at my tops! I got down to a desired weight of 185 and held that for awhile, but have since gone up. For me, Weight Watchers is the key to loosing the weight. I followed it strictly and lost the weight. It really taught me to eat right. I got off and went back up. Now I am doing a "modified" WW plan taking what I have learned and applying it to normal eating.
