I have also found that vearing from my healthy eating just a little throws my body off track,,, it gets discouraging when I work so hard for something then lose it and I only have my own bad choices and weak moments to blame. Live and learn and do better.

It's a process, that's for sure! But you're doing great! If you draw a straight line on your weight chart from your start point to where you are today, it's going straight down! :) Great job keeping up with your food and exercise diaries - that's such a big help. (((hugs)))
